It’s potty training time at our house. Our third child is on her way out of diapers, and I am on the verge of being diaper free after 7 years! Our usually easy going baby girl was hesitant at the start of the training process, so I pulled out the main inspiration that fueled her brother’s success with the potty in the past – the Potty Chart.
I had purchased a boy themed chart online for our oldest, and reused it for my second son, but didn’t want to use a red and blue chart, covered with tools, for our little girly girl. In the interest of time, instead of ordering another chart online, I whipped one up on the computer at home. Then I just printed it out, covered it with clear laminating paper, and voila! A potty chart was born!
Adding a booklet of Disney Princess stickers I found at Michael’s for $1 made my printable chart an easy and inexpensive option. {keep reading…}
